Coiff'idis is one of France's leading players in the distribution of equipment, consumables
and products for hairdressing salons. The group sells a number of leading brands
as well as its own "Coiff'idis" range through a network of 24 stores and a 65-strong
sales team.
Based in La Jummelière (Maine-et-Loire) since 1982, Sogal is one of France's leading manufacturers of made-to-measure cupboards, sliding
doors and walk-in wardrobes. The company has 540 employees divided between three
sites and generated revenues of EUR82 million in 2007.
Leasecom is a French company specialising in the leasing of IT equipment, software and
telecoms systems. Its main differentiating feature is its focus on SMEs.
SFA group operates a number of subsidiaries in France and Poland specialised chiefly in
subcontracting for the auto industry but also for mechanical and electromechanical
industries (cutting, tooling, assembly) and the design of stamping tools. In July
2005 the group bought out a Spanish rival that also had activities in Eastern
Europe. The takeover has doubled SFA's turnover.
Founded in 1986, STTS has established itself as a European leader in aeronautic painting and sealing.
Based in Blagnac (Haute Garonne), the stand-alone STTS Group has 28 sites in
France (Toulouse, Paris, Marignane and Rochefort), the UK (Broughton), Spain (Seville)
and the Netherlands (Amsterdam), employing 480 staff. The Group's consolidated
revenue for the year to September 2008 is expected to reach EUR44 million.
