A partnership approach
We always have a seat on the Board of our investee companies, which helps us
develop real partnerships with the management team, make an effective contribution
to their strategy and support them in their expansion plans over a period of two
to six years.
We listen to their needs and work closely with the management team to provide
the benefit of all our expertise in organization, recruitment, investment strategy
and business development. This strong commitment to our investee companies has
become our trademark.
A team of experienced entrepreneurs
The Venture Capital team has ten professionals from targeted sectors, all of
whom have substantial experience as entrepreneurs. They are directly responsible
for their investments from a legal, financial, technical and managerial point
of view, giving them a panoramic view of each company, an approach that directly
contributes to optimizing the value of investments made.
A clear investment strategy
Our investment portfolio focuses on new or emerging technologies and is divided
into two broad sectors:
- Information technology: electronics (materials, components, systems, laboratory and manufacturing equipment),
design and test software, telecoms (mobile, fibre optics, networks and operators),
software (applications, development, administration and infrastructure), web-based
technology services (media and
e-commerce);
- Life sciences: drug development, diagnostics and medical device.
