Head of LBO & Expansion activity

Eric Pencréac'h joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity in 1999 after participating in the creation and development of Crédit Lyonnais' Acquisition Financing department.

He obtained a DESS (specialised post-graduate diploma) in Finance and Tax in Paris.
 
Eric Pencréac'h began his career at Crédit Lyonnais in the Corporate Banking division before assuming responsibility for a regional corporate business centre from 1991.
Still at Crédit Lyonnais, he became Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and worked on a dozen LBO deals in which the Bank was usually acting as arranger or co-arranger.

Jean-Michel Staron joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity in February 2001 in the Expansion Capital team.

Graduated of the ESC Paris business school, he has more than 15 years' experience in private equity and 4 years in corporate finance.

In 1980, Jean-Michel Staron began his career as an Associate in a long-term credit institution and soon after joined the SDR Sud Est (a regional development company) where he created and developed the private equity activity.
In 1995 he joined COFIRALP (Compagnie Financière d'Investissement Rhône-Alpes) as Assistant Managing Director and managed a investment portfolio of FF 700 million.
From 1997 to 2001 he was a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance, first as Head of Financial Engineering of the Crédit du Nord group and then as Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Lyon.

Laurent Espic began his career in 1991 as a Financial Controller at Clinvest, where he was largely responsible for the valuation of a portfolio containing 250 holdings. He then worked as a Special Consultant covering the agri-food / catering sector. Later he was Head of M&A activities for three years at Flo, the restaurant chain.
In January 1999 he joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity as an Associate for the Expansion Capital team, specialising in the media, NTIC, agri-food and catering sectors, and as such, participated in the launch of third-party private equity activities.

Laurent Espic has a DESS (specialised post-graduate diploma) in Company Valuations and Buyouts from the University of Lyon and obtained the SFAF (French society of financial analysts) qualification.

Fabrice Crabié joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity in February 2006 as an Associate.
After several internships in Europe (HSBC-CCF Investment Bank, Andersen Consulting), he began his career at the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry within the "Mission économique" in Cuba. He conducted opportunities researches for the establishment and development of French companies in this country.
In September 2003, Fabrice Crabié joined the Société Générale's Audit department where he carried out different missions for various entities of the Group.
 
He is graduated from HEC (Paris), with a specialization in Finance engineering and accounting.

Aurélie Ndoumbé joined the LBO & Development Small cap team in march 2008 as an Analyst.
 
A graduate of EDHEC, Aurélie has made various internships before joining Credit Agricole Private Equity, particularly within Air France New York (Analyst) and Pricewaterhousecoopers (Audit).
