At the end of 2005, Arnaud Mauduy created EXITIS, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Private Equity.
Barrister at the Appeal Court of Paris (1996-2001)Arnaud Mauduy specialized in
long-term equity financing with various business law firms. Simultaneously, he
participated in the launch of companies in the services and fast-food sectors.
In 2001, Arnaud Mauduy joined Crédit Lyonnais Private Equity (now Crédit Agricole
Private Equity) where he headed the legal and fiscal department. For five years,
he structured, coordinated and executed investment and divestment operations.
