Created at the end of 2005, Exitis provides solutions for companies faced with
special situations.
In this niche market, Exitis covers all possible difficulties that might be encountered
by a company, including liquidity problems, conflicts between shareholders, financial
or trading difficulties (underperformance).
Acting as a mediator
The team takes en entrepreneurial approach to solving these problems and carries
out a full analysis of the company's financial and human capital to develop a
strategy or business plan it can share with the company.
Exitis acts as a mediator between private interests to find the right solution
to put the company back on track.
It is involved in all business sectors, with a special focus on mature companies
with revenues between EUR10 and 100 million. Depending on the type of difficulty
involved, Exitis either makes direct acquisitions or simply acts as adviser.
A team with a resolutely entrepreneurial culture
The Exitis team has two professionals with complementary backgrounds who have been working together for six years. Apart from their solid experience in corporate turnarounds and business startups, the team also has strong expertise in corporate finance and legal mechanisms, particularly in risky situations. Major strengths for solving the difficult situations that can arise during the life of any company. In 2008, Exitis will develop its activities in the turnaround segment, helping
distressed companies that nonetheless have solid potential. It also plans to create
a new investment fund.
