Chairman of the Management Board

Fabien Prévost was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Crédit Agricole Private Equity in early July 2004. He joined Crédit Agricole Private Equity in 2000 to create the Venture Capital activity.

He is graduated in Civil Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of California-Berkeley.

Fabien Prévost began his career as a Consultant in the United States before moving to Paris where he joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Senior Consultant in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
From 1988 to 1991, he specialised in mergers and acquisitions, initially within the M&A division of First Boston Corp in New York and then at Financière Indosuez in Paris.
In 1992, he founded Proxidis, a specialised distribution group that was floated on the Paris Bourse (Nouveau Marché) in 1996.

Frantz Paulus joins Crédit Agricole Private Equity in march 2008 as Investment Director in the Co-Investment activity under the responsibility of Fabien Prévost, Chairman of the Management Board.

Frantz Paulus holds a Masters degree from Reims Management School and the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation.
In 1998, he began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London as an auditor. In 2001, he joined their Transaction Services department, in Paris, as a manager. Since 2006, he has been Investment Director at Ifrah Finance, a Family Office investing in pharmaceutical and biotech R&D development firms.
